Hoffman of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, born in Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hoffman and Lois Hoffman (Bohn); and his niece Leesa Hoffman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joan Wollet (Hamer) of Fort Atkinson; his brother Wayne Hoffman (Vicki) of Cambridge; and his nephew Josh Hoffman (Katie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
