It is with sadness that the passing of Sally Koch of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is shared. Sally, born on September 5, 1944, passed away on June 3, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sally Koch to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Maas and Evelyn Maas; her brothers, Durwood Maas and Doug Maas; and her children, Deanne Koch and Doug Koch.

She is survived by: her husband Ken Koch; her daughter Lisa Koch; and her granddaughter Keira Hanmer. She is also survived by many extended family members including nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Agrace Hospice.
