She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hughes and Marguerite Hughes (Doll); her husband Gerald Purcell of July; her former husband Richard Rupnow; her grandson Austin; and her siblings, Thelma Clancy, Eugene Hughes and Janette Schlichting. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
