He was predeceased by : his parents, Rosalie Conrad (Bork) and Melvin Conrad; and his brother Fred. He is survived by : his siblings, Kathi Skemp (Kevin) and Rich Conrad (Nancy); his nieces, Nicole Fischer (Jason) and Kelly Christensen (Jess); his godmother Betty Bork; and his aunt Leah Bork. He is also survived by four great niece and nephews.
