She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Paape and Emil Paape; her siblings, Andrea Fitzgerald, Bon Merchlewitz and Bud Paape; and her daughter Shannon Pringle.

She is survived by : her husband Perry Knopick; her children, Peter Knopick of Winona, MN, Angel Strasburg (Dusty) of Rochester, MN and Cris Devine (James Banks) of California; her son-in-law Bill Pringle of Winona, MN; and her grandchildren, Rylee Strasburg, Oliver Pringle and Kendra Buxengard (Noah).
