He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Zimmerman and Elsie Zimmerman (Hartwig); his siblings, Wilbert (Elaine), Elsmer (Eileen), Reinhold Jr., Roy (Nordean) and Iris Pantazon (John); and his brother-in-law Ron Heilmeier.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Ruhland of Fox Lake; his children, Daniel Zimmerman (Renee) of Fox Lake, Kathy Holtz (Greg) of Lowell and Timothy Zimmerman (Sara) of Fox Lake; his grandchildren, Amber Keel (Collin), Tyler Zimmerman, Colin Zimmerman, Brady Zimmerman, Julia Holtz, Ava Holtz and Ashley Frank; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Levi; his siblings, Duane Zimmerman (Dorothy) of Beaver Dam and LuAnn Degner (Fredrick) of Watertown; and his sisters-in-law, Agnes Zimmerman and Corinne Heilmeier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
