He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Frank and Ella Frank; his siblings, Darrell (Lois) and Marlene (George Campnell); and his sister-in-law Bernie (Robert).

He is survived by: his children, Andrew John (Elizabeth), Katheryn (Kathy), Marie Schmitt (Gregory), William (Bill), Richard (Lulja Shabani), James Anthony (Cheri) and Mari Ella Wilson (Scott); and his brother Robert Frank. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church (305 Green St, Fox Lake, WI 53933). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
