He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pavelka and Clara Pavelka (Pederson); his siblings, Richard "Punker" Pavelka, Ronald "Honker" Pavelka, John Pavelka Jr. and Cindy Gubin; his son-in-law Daniel Chase; his granddaughter Savanna Alfaro; his nephews, Michael Pavelka and Travis Lange; his niece Sylvia Pavelka; and his close friend Linda Peterson.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Westover (Jason Weide), Jackie Chase and Tyler Westover (Brenna); his stepsons, Chad Westover (Jackie) and Cory Westover; his grandchildren, Zach Ryan, Hailie Gerarden, Bayley Westover, Rilley Westover, Bracyn Chase, Damion Chase and Ally Chase; his siblings, Judy Miller (Gerald), Donald Pavelka (Linda), Randy Pavelka, Susan Pavelka-Martin and Nancy Pavelka; and his close friends, Dennis Peterson and Megan Erickson. He is also survived by many grand-dogs and grand-goats; as well as nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
