He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tetzlaff and Margaret Prochaska (Runnoe); his brother David Tetzlaff; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Tetzlaff, Holly Tetzlaff and Christine Tetzlaff; and his nephew Jeffrey Tetzlaff.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Tetzlaff (McGrath); his children, Jennifer (Robert Murphy) McClintock and Billy Tetzlaff of St. Francis, WI; his grandchildren, Jacky McClintock and Jayda Kolasinski; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Beverly McGrath (Waupun); his siblings, Daniel Tetzlaff of Colorado Springs, CO, Terry (Judy), Gayle Glynn (Beaver Dam), Russel Tetzlaff (Beaver Dam), Wayne Tetzlaff (Burnett), Ronald (Angie) and James Tetzlaff of Gunnison, CO; his brother-in-law Mike (Jeanette) McGrath (Oshkosh); and his pet Ishii. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
