He was predeceased by: his sister Bernie Socol. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wein; his stepchildren, Karen Besasie (Joe), Tracy Ostoic (Kurt) and Michael Kreeger; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Benjamin Besasie, Natalie Ostoic, Samantha Vanwie and Melissa Kreeger; his sister Gloria Goldberg (Martin); and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Goldberg (late Jan), Eli Goldberg, Annie Burt (Chris), Jamie Weiss (Ari), Neil Socol (Lois) and Steven Socol (Lorna). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Second Home Cemetery (3705 S 43rd St, Milwaukee, WI 53220). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
