He was predeceased by: his parents, James Balagna and Lempi Balagna; and his sister Louise Goin. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Cullinane; his brother Larry Balagna (Eleanor) of Negaunee, MI; and his goddaughters, Ashley Cullinane of Brainerd, MN and Erin Monfre of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
