Jo Ann was such an integral part of FPL, and helped me navigate through my wedding, my brother's funeral, and my husband's funeral. She will be missed, and I am sending out love and prayers to all her family and friends. She was a truly beautiful person, both inside and out. May she rest in peace in God's loving arms.”
