He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mateicka (Nee Meyer); his children, Don Mateicka (Darsi) and Denise Conrad (Randy); his grandchildren, Alexander, Allison, Joseph and D. J. Dear; his sister Mary Jane Zimmerman (Terry); his parents, Peter Mateicka and Anna Mateicka; and his siblings, Emil Mateicka, Betty Noonan and Carol Hibbard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
