He was predeceased by : his father Walter Hawkins; his sister Linda Engel; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Theresa Wendlick. He is survived by : his wife Angela Hawkins; his daughters, Erica Krueger (Will), Vanessa Behrens (Mike) and Anna Kulinski (Matt); his grandchildren, Connor, Henry, Logan, Dougie, Tyler, Nolan and Ava; his mother Betty Hawkins; and his brother Mitch Hawkins (Sue).
