He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Kathleen Dorlack; and his father Day. He is survived by: his children, Joseph J. Dorlack (Susan A.), Susan M. Dorlack and Michael Dorlack (Rae Ann); his grandchildren, Jessica, Scott, Matthew, Michael, Erica, Mark, Alyssa, Danielle, Allison and David; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Abigail, Selena, Aubrey, Lincoln, Simon, Jack and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Xaverian Missionaries or St. Vincent de Paul.
