He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice M. Kwapick; his parents, Joseph and Gertrude (Eunice M.); his grandson Joey; and his siblings, Doris Babcock (Lester), Evelyn Knopp (Kenneth), Audrey Weinstock (James), Geraldine Sarozek (Raymond), Harold Kwapick (Eunice) and Gordon Kwapick (Bonnie).
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Cathy), Jody Allen (Roger) and Mark (Rose); his great grandchildren, Antonio, Mia, Adrianna, Brady, Heidi, Chloe, Mason, Henry, Nora, Kendall and Olivia; and his close friends, Dave, Teddy and Bartso.
