The passing of Lucy Ann (Markert) Yocum of Franklin, Wisconsin leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 3, 2025 at the age of 79. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Markert and Lucy Markert; her husband Robert Yocum, Jr.; her sons, Christopher (Jennifer), Peter (Kristine) and Daniel (Laura); her sisters, Mary Meyer, Claire Shaefer and Carol Makovsky; and her sister-in-law Jean Newton. She was also cherished by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (7219 S 27th St, Franklin, WI 53132). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (3800 E College Ave, Cudahy, WI 53110).

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a charity of your choice in Lucy's memory.
