He is survived by: his wife Leona VandeVrede; his children, Margaret Mladenovich, Tammy Miller (late Dennis), Matthew Leipolt (Niyara) and Chad Leipolt (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Hannah, Aaron, Ryan and Casey; and his siblings, Kenneth Leipolt (late Lynn) and Dawn Hathaway (Jerry). He is also survived by loving stepchildren, relatives and friends.
