She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond W. Smith; her brother Michael Crivello; and her grandchildren, Nathan Kollmann and Calista Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kitty Sieracki (Keith), Bonnie Hansen (Eric), James Smith and David Smith (Shelley); and her daughter-in-law Laurie Maslowski. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
