He is survived by : his siblings, Monica Hoppe (Tom) and Joseph Frelke (Kristen); and his nieces and nephews, Steve, Stewart (Diane), April, Amanda, Jennifer Frelke, Melissa (Andy Meerkins), Allison Hoppe, Meredith and Harrison Frelke. He is also survived by cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends as well as his extended family of caregivers.
