He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter and Bernice; his daughter Jennifer; his granddaughter Mary Ruth; and his brother Kenneth.

He is survived by : his wife Nannette Boinski; his sons, Kenneth Busalacchi (Ellen) of Park Falls, Peter Busalacchi (Maria) of Franklin and Thomas Busalacchi (Judy) of Elkhorn; his stepsons, Gavin Boinski (Eva) of Alabama and Jeff Boinski (Char) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Sam Busalacchi, Emily Hamann, Anna Vogt (Jon), Clare Busalacchi (Gunner Clay), Frank Busalacchi (Lynn Gilbert), Isabella Busalacchi (Ben Lee), Matthew Busalacchi (Danielle) and Ryan Busalacchi (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Meliah, Ayven, Laura, Jillian, Joseph, Rose, Dewey and Jack; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Boinski and Brooklyn Boinski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Hugh of Lincoln Traditional Roman Catholic Church (2401 S 12th St, Milwaukee, WI 53215). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Good Hope Cemetery (4141 S 43rd St, Greenfield, WI 53220).
