She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Netzband and Ruth Netzband; her former husband Lester Barchus Jr.; her husband William Haines; her son Boyd Barchus; and her brother Tom Netzband.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad Barchus (Dawn), Brian Barchus (Laurie) and Bruce Barchus (Cathy); her grandchildren, Jessica Henderson (Nils), Joshua Barchus, Andrew Barchus (Elizabeth), Emily Mora (Michael), Sarah Gavigan (Michael) and Zach Barchus; her great grandchildren, Aiden Henderson, Chloe Henderson, Austin Henderson, Landon Henderson, Ellie Gavigan, Lyla Gavigan and Julia Rose Martinez-Barchus; and her brothers, Richard Netzband and Peter Netzband (Andrea). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
