She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Perkowski and Helen Perkowski; her husband Jack White; and her sister Delores. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Ott (Brian) and Julie White; and her grandsons, Zachary and Jack.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
