He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hephner and Hazel Hephner; and his siblings, Patrick Hephner (Donna), Berdella McGrath, Gervase Hephner and Marshall Hephner Jr. (Sheila).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hephner; his children, Rachel Wang (Scott), Rebecca Brown and Art Hephner Jr. (Maureen); his grandchildren, Scott Wang Jr. (Tammy), Jesse Tubeszewski (Megan), Blaine Brown, Hunter Brown, Leah Hephner and Rachelle Hephner; and his sister-in-law Kay Hephner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
