As Phillip departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Phillip. Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Louis Holm; his wife Carmen Holm; his mother Phyllis Gordon (Leeper); and his children-in-law, Christina Holm and Jerry Colon.
He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Timm, Carmen Sundin and Tim Gordon; and his children, Jennifer Colon, Tracy Grentz (Dietmar), Lonnie Holm (Sheri) and Keith Holm.
