He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Axelson and Genevieve Axelson (Cloke); his sons, Robert and Rodney; his siblings, Victor, Brent and Jeanine; and his sister-in-law Linda.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Heather (Ryan), Maria, Analiese, Aubriana, Cody (Jessa), Caleb (Hope), Leila (Miles) and Brent; his great grandchildren, Raelyn, Cooper, Eliza, Lillian and Everett; his siblings, Pamela (Mike), Kim (Julie) and Todd; his sister-in-law Kathy; his wife Nancy Miller; his children, Penny (David), Thomas (Angella) and John (Josie); and his caregiver Tanya. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 20 nieces and nephews.
