He is survived by: his wife Kordi Risvold; his children, Alison Sampson (Josh), Haley Kurkowski (Nolan), Rick Kurkowski (Alicia), Andrew Kurkowski (Heidi), Ray Jr. Kurkowski (Megan) and Benjamin Kurkowski (Sarah); and his siblings, James, Leo, Michael, Charles, Bunny, Peggy and Kathryn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
