He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vaughan and Bernadine Vaughan (Melinz); his wife Shirley Vaughan; and his siblings, Thomas Vaughan and Susie Vaughan.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Ostermann, Lisa Rayford (Brian), Matt Vaughan (Jill) and Jeff Vaughan (Laure); and his grandchildren, Heidi Anderson, Matt Rayford (Laura), Ashley Ostermann (Colton Sukowaty), Mitchell Rayford (Sarah Coceo) and Molly Vaughan (Justin Horvarter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
