He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Peterson and Alice Peterson (Green); and his siblings, Roger, Jim "Morgan", Roy Peterson, Pat Wiandt (Loren) and Sister Sandra Peterson "Mary Jane".
He is survived by: his son Jason Peterson (Lori); his grandson Sullivan Peterson; his siblings, Bob, Joe Peterson, Honey Garvey (Terry), Lois Grady (Pat) and Sandy Verhoeven (Jim); and his sister-in-law Karol Peterson (Ken Krause). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
