She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Den and Elizabeth Van Den (Brooks); and her siblings, Eugene, Marvin (Roberta), Clarence, Ron (Elaine), Floyd Van Den Eng, Gladys Fravel (Lou), Eunice Van Daalwyk (Bob) and Evelyn Gerrits (Clarence).
She is survived by: her husband Roy Van Dyke; her sons, Herb Dombrowski, Daniel Dombrowski (Sherry) and Douglas Dombrowski (Lidah); her grandchildren, Natasha (Soren), Tiresa, Shanna Oliphant (Terrill), Katrina, Melanie, Jennifer Schuman (Jared) and Teresa Sieffert (Aaron); her stepchildren, Chris Van Dyke (Theresa), Tina (James), Beaton (Isaac) and Tracy Van (Neal); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Van Den Eng and Kenice Van Den Eng. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
