He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Campbell and Erma Campbell (Dean). He is survived by: his wife Becky; his daughter Tanya; his friend Jacob Kramer; his sister-in-law Amy Weiss (Jeff); and his nieces, Mindy Meyers, Lindsay Barborich (Andrew) and Samantha Sunila (Andrew). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
