He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cook (Randy), Gene Kempf (Kathy), Merry Lee Lison and Jill Van Lyssel (Joe); his grandchildren, Adam Cook (Vanessa), Derek Kempf (Zoe), Andrew Cook (Anna), Erin, Nick and Luke Van Lyssel; his great grandchildren, Jayden Vanderhoof and Annie Cook; his brother Arnold Kempf; and his sister-in-law Marion Vanderloop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
