Matthew J. Voigt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew J. Voigt of Fremont, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 8, 2026 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Voigt; and his grandparents, Joe, Shirley Nicolson, Walter and Elsie Voigt.
He is survived by: his mother Lora Voigt (Nicholson); his brothers, Rev. Eric Voigt (Jennifer) of Elk River, MN and Andrew Voigt (Jaclyn); his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Aaron, Rachel, Hannah, Bennett and Brooklyn; and his goddaughter Gabrielle Werschem. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Most recently, Matt coordinated a donation drop-off and pick-up site in the church parking lot to help the many people who were affected by the severe flooding in the area.
