He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rude and Barbara Rude. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Smith; his sons, Jesse, Sam, Chris and Wayne; and his children-in-law, Michael, Catherine and Sarah. He is also survived by his four granddaughters, his two sisters, his brothers- and sisters-in-law, more than a dozen nieces and nephews, and his many friends and neighbors.
