He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Nelson; his children, Derek Nelson (Helen Schrock), Lynsey Thibodeau (Ryan) and Logan Nelson (Kate); his brothers, Dave Nelson (Chari) and Steven Nelson (Pat); and his grandchildren, Rayna, Quinn, Aidree, Jax and Millie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
