She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Jeannie) of Huntsville, TX and Rod Smith (Nancy) of Brighton, IL; her daughter-in-law Shianna Smith of Grand Marsh, WI; her brother Roger Smith of Rockford, IL.; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mikayla, Ashley, Justin, Jake and Nate; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Gavin, Jaxon, Nolan, Carson, Brayson, Jenna, Avery and Merideth. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
