James Steinle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Steinle (Friendship, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 20, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemarie Platt (William B. Hobbins); his foster father Dr. William B. Hobbins (Rosemarie Platt); and his sisters, Jill and Jan Steinle. He is survived by: his brother Jack Nordness; his former wife Cynthia Helen Hill; his children, Brenda Raimond, Debbie McCosky (Don), Jenny Patterson (Ron), Chad Steinle, Jessie Bearden (Lane), Josh Steinle, Amberly Bonner (Justin) and Ashley Roark (Paul); his grandchildren, Brooke Raimond, Sean, Casey, Brianna McCosky, Olivia, Braylon Patterson, Annabel, Cullen, Declan Steinle, Cooper, Jozie, Piper Bearden, Sydnee, Lilie and Kielor Roark; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Mason and Athena. He is also survived by his eight children and sixteen grandchildren.
