It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Louis Gust of Friendship, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his former life partner Carol Gamble; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Peter Gust (Nik), Kelly Berntsen (Craig), Thor Gust and Matthew Gust; his siblings, Jim Gust (Roberta), Cathy Krol (Bob), Philip Gust (Bev), Tom Gust (Julie Bishop), Christopher Gust (Lori), Hope Birch (Jim), Monica Weis (Jeff), Beth Nortrup (Terry) and Amy Froehlich (Scott); his sisters-in-law, Diane Maurer (Duke), Margaret Vargas (Edward), Amy Siesennop (Bob), Kate Jopson (Donnie), Kristine Haffely (Joel) and Nancy Thompson (Michael); his grandchildren, Peter Conan, Keira Gust, Braden and Kelan Berntsen; and his cousins, Greg Gust and Mel Tasker. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces/ nephews, as well as his hunting partners.
