He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Fell; his sister Sandra; his stepfather Harry Hays; and his stepbrother Jason Hays. He is survived by: his significant other Sheila Smedbron; his mother Gloria Hays; his siblings, Joel Fell (Brenda) and Rhonda Kops (Thomas); his stepsiblings, Ronald Hays (Terry), Sarah Vernig and Kathy Brechlin (Fred); his aunt Lisa Moller (Dale); and his pet Pearl. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
