He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Turner and Alta Mae Turner (Willett); his brothers, Gail and Ronald Turner; his wife Barbara Ann; his stepson William John; his daughters, Deborah Ann Turner and Laura Mae Russo; his grandchildren, Alexandria Turner and Madison Russo; and his great grandchild Azaria Turner.
