He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alice Elaine and Roman William Feltes; his sons, Oscar and Nathan; his grandchildren, Luca Jorel Rangel, Naevia Gabriella Rebolledo and Ophelia Madelyn Rangel; his wife Mary Feltes of Trempealeau, WI; his daughters, Jennifer Rangel (Oscar Rangel-Mendez) and Sarah Feltes (Nathan Johnson); his grandchild Naevia Rebolledo of Trempealeau, WI.; his pet Libby; his siblings, William Feltes (Cheryl Melde) of La Crosse, WI, Mary Kay Feltes of Owatonna, MN, Dr. James Feltes (Angela) of Viroqua, WI, Nancy Walleser of Harpers Ferry, IA, Jeanne Feltes of Berlin, MD, Jane Dean (William) of Lodi, WI and Mike Feltes (Pam) of Port Washington, WI; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Anderson (Betty Peterson), Janice Johnson (Roger) of Colfax, WI and Joyce Mahutga (Bernard) of Independence, WI; his parents-in-law, Norman Anderson and Jennet Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Potter and Joseph Walleser. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
