He is survived by: his wife Jacquelin McCutchen; his children, Jennifer Hess (Steve Putz), Jolene Buelow (Alan) and Jason Hess (Mandy); his grandchildren, Collin Zarcone (Emmy Herzog), Megan, Josselyn Hess, Payton and Alexander "AJ" Buelow; his brothers, Larry and Mark Hess (Sherree); and his sister-in-law Lyn Hess.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred and will be donated to the Learning Center at the Trempealeau Elementary School.
