He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Dilley and Doloris Fern-Copus; his wife Darlene Ruby Baker (Baker); his siblings, Larry, Luciel, Doloris and Leila; and his grandson Randy Wayne, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Janette (Steve), Randy (Susan), Daniel (Carla) and David (Amy); his grandchildren, Brigitte (Jason), Ashley (Carl), Kristi (Alex), Katelyn (Matthew), Michael (Arielle), Justin, Sarah and Declan (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Alex, Ayssa, Reagan, Ryan, Marley, Rowan, Jack and David; and his siblings, Wanda, Linda, Willard, David and Duane.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred, which will be designated toward a local veteran organization.
