She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kozak and Kathryn Kozak. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy DeKeyser (Kelly), Stephanie Mielke (Timothy), Michaela Ristaino (Anthony) and Nicki Hanley (Patrick); her grandchildren, Thomas DeKeyser (Sarah), Steven DeKeyser (Jane Kelleher), Michael Mielke (Kassie Cralle), Athena Hanley and Lydia Hanley; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Zoey and Sabrina DeKeyser.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (8200 W Denver Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53223). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
