Michael A. Raschig Obituary

Of Germantown, went to his heavenly home on February 7, 2024 at the age of 73 years. Mike was born on June 9, 1950, a son of Gilbert and Joan (nee Schmidt) Raschig. He married the love of his life, and best friend, Patricia Stepanek on September 25, 1976. Mike was a dedicated employee at Riteway bus company. He took great pride in being the trusty bus mechanic for over 30 years. Known as a train enthusiast, he loved collecting, building, and learning about trains, and was also in attendance at many train shows over the years. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking and spending quality time with family and friends. Mike will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Mike is survived by his wife Patty Raschig; brothers, John and Eric Raschig; sister-in-law, Peggy (Jack) McCormick; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great-nephew, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Bonnie Raschig.

The visitation for Mike will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 9:30AM until the time of the 10:30AM Mass of Christian Burial, at St. Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls. Burial will immediately follow the mass at St. Mary Mother of God Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. Coletta - Grace Landing in Brookfield, 16760 W. North Ave, Brookfield, WI 53005 are appreciated.
