He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Klemens of Gillett; his siblings, Hope Lukas (Paul) and Mark Martin (Carla) of Gillett; his children, Colten, Kendra and Cheyenne Martin; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Clayton, Levi and Phoenix; and his close friend Jessica Fodor.
