We announce the death of Sharon V. Simpson of Gillett, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 7, 2026, at the age of 83. Sharon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Willert and Vergal Willert (Seeger); her brother Allen Willert; and her brother-in-law Don Debler. She is survived by: her husband Jon Simpson; her children, Jodie Woodke (Chuck), Jeff Simpson (Stacy) and Keith Simpson (Michele); her grandchildren, Logan Woodke (Ashlie), Karli Weaver (Justin), Eric Woodke, Jena Luberta (Mike), Katy Berkovitz (Colin), Bryce Simpson (Jessica), Mackenzie Dequaine (Cory), Skhyler Shallow (Lewis), Hannah Canela (Michael) and Grace Simpson; her great grandchildren, Marlee, Rhett, Rory, Daxx, Thaddeus, Della, Kolt, Layton and Wesley; and her siblings, Twyla Bakken (Jim), Vicki Debler (Steve), Cindy Caple (Eric), Dawn Handlos (Dennis) and Craig Willert (Diane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
