He is survived by: his children, Dan of Krakow and Linda Malkin (Mark) of Middleton; his siblings, Judy of Green Bay and Mark (Kay) of Eden Prairie, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Zima (Nancy) of Green Valley and Sharon Zima of Pulaski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
