He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William Wynkoop and Virginia Elizabeth Wynkoop; and his son Terrance Howard Wynkoop of Jupiter, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Gillett, WI; his children, Krissy Withrow (David) of Clintonville, WI and Gerrit of Gillett, WI; his siblings, Cheri White (Arnie) of Fort Pierce, FL, Bruce Wynkoop of Blaine, MN, Christine Huff (Joe Rosenberg) of Greer, SC and Joel Wynkoop (Cathy) of Tampa, FL; his brothers-in-law, Jerry DeMaris (Chong) of Westminster, MD and Craig DeMaris (Tam) of Waterloo, IA; and his grandchildren, Cherish, Jaliyah, Michael, Harmony, Kayleigh and David Jr.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
