He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schimka and Jean Schimka (Ghislin). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Richard Schimka of Hinesville, GA and Bennet Schimka (Jorelyn Joy) of Blaine, MN; his granddaughter Harper Schimka; and his sisters, Donna Daniels (Jack) of The Villages, FL, Judith Schettko of Brandon, FL and Holly Nawrocki (Robert) of Glen Flora.
